Polini Hi-Speed Evolution variator for Hi-Per

The Hi-Speed variator from Polini is designed to give your engine increased power, but at the same time there has been a great focus on delivering a product that can withstand the stress that a powerful engine setup provides. The Hi-Speed variator gives the V-belt a wide range to drive out, even with short gearing. Although the Hi-Speed variator is a competent piece of tuning equipment, Polini has made sure that you can still use the original V-belt.

The very special thing about Polini's Hi-Speed variator is that it is equipped with a simmering at each end of the variator housing, as well as a chamber in the middle where you add the included Polini pulley grease , so that the variator can rewind quickly back and forth along the slide tube, which increases the traction and the power curve of your machine, and by reducing the friction, you save the variator housing and sliding tube from wear. Polini has also optimized the roller's slide to better withstand wear, which ultimately results in good durability and long life on this variator. Obs. We recommend that you study the accompanying instructions closely, so that you can assemble and install the variator correctly, without damaging the simulations.

Note: Two sets of 19x15.5 rollers are included, respectively 3.8 gr and 4.3 gr., Spacers, 28kg compression spring with Evo spring guide.
