What is a CDI box?

A CDI box or Capacitor Charge & Discharge unit as it is also called, is the control unit that receives the voltage signal from the flywheel and transforms the signal out to the spark plug which is approx. 100 times stronger. This process forms the spark on the spark plug and it is therefore the job of the CDI box to ensure a stable flow of current.

Racing CDI without restrictions

An unlimited CDI makes it possible to achieve higher revs on the crankshaft with stable ignition. This increases the potential for increased power and speed on your scooter.
