The Malossi MHR Team internal rotor ignition is based on the original MHR Eprom, it replaces the original ignition and makes power exclusively for the spark plug. The included flywheel of 58mm ensures that the engine has easier to rise / fall in revs. Where the original ignition can become unstable over 10,000 rpm, the Malossi MHR Eprom ignition remains stable up to 20,000 rpm. Where MHR Eprom has a fixed ignition map, the MHR Team version allows you to choose between several different maps and div. other settings using three rotary switches at the bottom of the CDI.
MAPS: Allows you to choose between eight different ignition maps (5 maps for 2-strokes, 2 maps for 4-strokes and 1 map with a fixed ignition curve).
OFFSET: Allows you to adjust the ignition.
ADHESIVE: Allows you to set a speed limiter (primarily for 4-strokes) or disable it completely (0 = 11,500rpm, E = 14,300rpm, F = no limiter).
As the ignition does not generate power for the light, we recommend that it be used exclusively on track or closed areas. To switch off the ignition, it must have a frame. Delivered incl. various fittings.
