Terms and conditions
Goods purchased from Speedline A/S is payable by credit card.
The amount will be deducted from the card, the moment the purchased product leaves Speedline A/S.
We accept the following card types: VISA and Eurocard/MasterCard.
We accept payment via bank transaction, by prior arrangement. Please note that by using this payment method, you are not covered by the opposition scheme. We will ship your order as soon as we have received the amount on our account.
All parcels are delivered by GLS unless otherwise agreed before shipment. Orders placed before 16:30 (15:00 Friday) GMT+1, will be shipped with GLS the same day. Should you, despite our efforts and expectations, your parcel four days at the latest, after the order was placed, we urge you to contact us immediately by phone on +45 8651 1181
If you wish delivery on a non-fixed island, please contact us before ordering so that we can investigate price and delivery options.
All shipping rates are calculated by volume and is therefore not only based on the weight of the collective of products in the parcel, but also by dimensions.
By delivery items, we mean items that are not in stock in our warehouse but will be ordered from our respective supplier upon ordering from our website.
Delivery time is usually 3-10 business days, although the delivery time can be longer, depending on whether or not our supplier has the item in stock, in which case we will always notify you, the customer.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have 14 days cancellation notice when you make a purchase on our webshop.
The right to cancel your order expires 14 days after the day you have taken delivery of your items. If you have ordered multiple items at once, but they are delivered separately, the right to cancel your order expires 14 days after you have taken delivery of the last item.
The cancellation right entails that you have 14 days from taking delivery, to inform us that you would like to cancel your purchase. You do that by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or using the standard cancellation form, which you find at the bottom of our terms & conditions.
You cannot cancel a purchase by refusing the delivery, without simultaneously informing us.
Returning a portion of your purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even though they are a part of the same order.
Note, we do not provide refunds for the shipping costs, should you return a portion of an order.
Returning an item/items
When you have informed us that you would like to return /cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
You pay for the return shipment yourself and you are liable if damages occur during shipping.
Certain items cannot be returned with regular postal couriers: This applies to assembled bicycles and scooters/mopeds.
The expenses for returning these items are expected to have a maximum cost of 800 DKR. By returning a bicycle, the return shipment costs 250 DKR excl. potential non-fixed island fees, which will be set off the total amount we refund you.
All unoriginal engine parts may only be used on motorcycles and scooters that are registered as motorcycles.
When returning one or more items, we employ you to package these, responsibly and properly so that damages do not occur during shipping. Returning plastic items and the like, the packaging must be a box to secure and protect the items as good as possible. Is the item not securely or properly packaged, the buyer rights may be void.
No right of withdrawal
The following agreements cannot be undone:
Delivery of items that are produced to your specifications or have been personalized.
The condition of the items, when you return it
You are only liable for the potential lessening of the value of a product that occurs in another handling than what is necessary to determine the nature of the product, properties and the way it functions. In other words, you can try or sample the product the same way you would in a physical store, without actually using it.
If the item has been used or tested beyond what is described above, we will consider it used which means in a returning scenario, you will only be partially refunded or not refunded at all, depending on the commercial value of the product.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. – If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a devaluation of the item.
Refunding the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, we will refund you your money. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount that you are liable for.
We refund all payments received from you, including shipping costs (except for extra shipping costs in the cases where you have selected another delivery option than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.), no later than 14 days from the day we have received notice of your wish to withdraw the order.
We return the money with the same method of payment as you used at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We can retain the payment until we have received the item(s) unless you send us documentation of having returned the item(s).

3 months extended right of withdrawal (+ EUR 3,95)
Extend your withdrawal period by 3 months so you can get a refund if you end up not needing the goods after all, by sending them back in their original, undamaged packaging. This extended right of withdrawal takes effect after the initial 14 days, demanded by Danish law.
Rights of withdrawal in business purchases
We accept business purchase returns, although we deduct 25% of the amount.
The law on deficiencies applies to goods purchased.
When you use our shop as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty.
If your warranty is warranted, we will offer to either repair, exchange the product, refund the amount or give a discount on the item, depending on the situation. Please note that the warranty can be limited by the items natural durability.
You must make your warranty claim known to us within a “reasonable period” after noticing the flaw. If you make a warranty claim within two months of experiencing the flaw, the claim will always be timely.
If the claim is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping expenses. The item must always be sent back in proper and sound packaging. Make sure to get a shipping receipt to document the costs of shipping the package, so we can refund the amount.
When returning the item, we ask you to include a detailed description of the issue(s) you experience.
We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent per COD.
Gift cards purchased at Speedline A/S is valid for 3 years unless otherwise agreed, in writing, with Speedline A/S. If you have received a gift card as a prize, note that there might be limitations for the usage as opposed to a gift card that you have paid for. This can mean a shorter validity or that the card is only admissible upon purchasing a specific product.
We are only responsible for product damage, as long as it follows the standard European law of commerce.
Speedline A/S understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. Speedline A/S will not reveal information about customers/users to a third party unless it is necessary in order to implement a transaction, Speedline A/S will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior authorization.
When shopping on our webshop, we need the following information:
- Optional delivery address, if the billing address isn’t the same
- Phone number
- E-mail address
We register and pass on your personal information to the selected courier with the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
The personal information is registered at Speedline A/S and stored for five years – after which it will be deleted.
We collaborate with a line of companies that store and process data.
The companies only process the information on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors within the European Union or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

As a registered user with Speedline A/S, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Danish Personal Data Act. Any inquiry of that nature must be sent to email@example.com.
