Malossi Sport, with its good durability and powerful bottom traction, is a really good choice if you lack traction in the engine. The kit is made of cast iron and has a diameter of 47mm. For this Malossi cylinder, a spark plug with a short thread must be used - we recommend an NGK BR8HS . The kit is delivered complete incl. gaskets, piston rings, etc. NOTE: Is with ø10mm cross pin.
NOTE: The cylinder kit is with ø10mm cross pin. In order to guarantee that this cylinder fits on your machine, we recommend that you measure your current cross pin.
Note: The cylinder can not be mounted on models from 2003->, unless the restriction in the engine block has been removed. If the cylinder is mounted, it is no longer possible to use the original, or other Euro2, exhaust. Both parts apply to models from 2003->. This does NOT apply to PGO engines.
If you drive many kilometers and want good durability, a cylinder of cast iron is the right choice. With the correct choice of nozzle, spark plug and oil, the cylinder lasts many thousands of kilometers and you just have to make sure to maintain the kit with new piston rings or a new piston .
